Chithra is a recently qualified solicitor who joined the firm in 2021, and Lisa is an experienced residential paralegal with over 15 years of experience.

Pricing Structure
Our fees start at 995 plus VAT and disbursements for a basic registered freehold sale or purchase not exceeding 250,000. We do not charge extra for acting on the mortgage or for postage, telephone, etc. We pride ourselves on being transparent in our pricing structure, and we always tell our clients the cost before we undertake any work on their behalf. This amount will not be exceeded without their consent.
