However, one reviewer, Dave Mitchell, had a very different experience. He gave the firm 1 star and expressed disappointment with the level of service received. He felt that the firm was more focused on representing the house builder's interests than their own, and that they were unresponsive and unhelpful during the transaction. Furthermore, he was charged an additional 270 after the "final" bill, which caused frustration and bitterness.
