• Richard Walls: Our head of new build department, Richard has over 20 years of experience in conveyancing and specializes in acting for clients buying new build properties from builders.
• Lee Gilder: Our head of residential and commercial property, Lee has extensive experience in property transactions, including leasehold and freehold matters, as well as commercial property transactions.
• Demi Laws: A paralegal specializing in private client work, Demi is experienced in conveyancing, wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate.
• Daniel Parker: A lawyer with the property department, Daniel is currently completing his CILEX qualification and has a strong rapport with clients.
• Danyal Hussain: Our first trainee solicitor, Danyal has a Masters-in-Law and works in the property department, specializing in full-range transactions.
• Megan Montgomery: A legal assistant in the new build department, Megan has a welcoming approach to clients and colleagues, and has a positive attitude towards work.
• Anne Richardson: A paralegal in the new build team, Anne has over 40 years of experience working in the legal sector and specializes in new build conveyancing.
• Adam Lawson: A paralegal in the new build team, Adam has a background in literature and has experience in new build and first-home-buyer schemes.
• Kate Grabham: Our practice manager, Kate has over 10 years of experience in managerial roles, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless client service.
