Unpleasant Experience with Cheeseman Solicitors
Marianne Robey was left feeling nervous and upset after her experience with Cheeseman Solicitors of Worthing. The review highlights a stark contrast between the pleasant and professional receptionist and Barry Cheeseman, a family solicitor who was abrupt and impolite.
The author was initially offered an appointment with Barry or Stephanie, but was subsequently called by Barry himself. He instructed her to book an appointment through the proper channel, which would cost 150 for a half-hour consultation. The author felt compelled to end the call politely, only to be called back by Barry, who reprimanded her for hanging up on him. The author was left feeling belittled and unheard.
