Our Staff

Our staff is the backbone of McCrudden & Trainor Solicitors. Each team member works directly with our clients to ensure a consistent point of contact throughout each case. Our solicitors are highly qualified and have extensive experience in their respective fields. Our team comprises Paul McCrudden, Damien Trainor, Timothy McCrudden, and Rachel Rogan LL.B.

Paul McCrudden, a graduate of the University of Ulster, specialises in Litigation and Criminal Law. He has a large client base and has successfully represented clients who have suffered personal injuries through no fault of their own. Paul regularly attends to client welfare issues, particularly those in custody in Maghaberry, Magilligan, and Hydebank. He is available to consult with inmates upon request.

Damien Trainor, an Advanced Advocate with extensive experience, has represented accused persons on a vast array of charges, from Murder and serious violent offences to complex fraud investigations, historical abuse, terrorist offences, and more. He has successfully secured acquittals for clients throughout Northern Ireland over the last 15 years in both the Crown Court and Magistrates' Court. Damien also has considerable experience in successfully fighting European extradition warrants and has overturned the decisions of many Government departments.

Timothy McCrudden, a qualified assistant Solicitor, has his own significant caseload specialising in civil injunctions, litigation, and personal injury. Timothy also has an interest in prisoner's rights and represents clients in oral hearings before the Parole Commissioners.

Rachel Rogan LL.B, a graduate of the University of Ulster School of Law, joined McCrudden & Trainor in 2017 and now manages the firm's family law and matrimonial department. Rachel has gained a wealth of experience in divorce, separation, child contact proceedings, and every aspect of family law. She is well regarded for her client care, attention to detail, and getting exceptional results.
