  • Interview Under Caution: If you are suspected of a criminal offence, you can be either arrested and interviewed under caution or invited to attend for a voluntary interview, which also takes place under caution.
  • Postal Requisition: If you have received a postal requisition, you are required to attend the Magistrates' Court on the date and time specified, or a warrant may be issued for your arrest.

Our Mission

We are accredited by the Law Society and have been awarded a specialist quality mark by the Legal Aid Agency. We provide legal services on a publicly and privately funded basis. We are also members of the Very High Cost Cases Panel (previously known as the Specialist Fraud Panel). Only member firms are able to offer publicly funded defence services in cases that meet the VHCC criteria.
