I found the emails quite blunt and no effort was made to expand and explain the legal terms (being a first time buyer this would have been helpful)."
- Karen Tyler-Croft: "I used Pengillys to complete my purchase of a house this year. Both Matt and Hannah who worked on my case were non-responsive to my calls (I only ever spoke to Matt once, and never to Hannah) despite leaving messages with their PA and via email."
