Unprofessional Service and Poor Communication
Some customers have reported experiencing unprofessional service and poor communication from the lawyers at Bromley's. Morgan Wenman had a particularly bad experience, where they paid a lot of money for a letter to be sent to the mother of their child but the letter got sent to the wrong address and the name of the child and the mother was spelt wrong. The lawyer, Carla Williams, was unprofessional and didn't help them out at all. Andy also gave a 1-star review, stating that Bromley's is a place of "money grabbers" and "selfish people".
Contrastingly Positive Experiences
On the other hand, some customers have had very positive experiences with Bromley's lawyers. Aimee Kirton was extremely satisfied with her service, praising lawyer Saqib Kazam for being "absolutely lovely", "very helpful" and "extremely clear" in his communication. Toxic Work Environment and Unhelpful Staff
However, some customers have reported encountering toxic work environments and unhelpful staff at Bromley's. Tosin Ojo Stylist had a very negative experience with the receptionist and lawyer Chiara, who was "bad-attitude-ed" and "very rude". They were not helpful at all and the manager was unresponsive to their concerns.
