Red Flags Raised by Disgruntled Clients
On the other hand, it seems that not everyone has had a positive experience at this law firm. Tara Mason, Dean, and an anonymous author gave critically low ratings of 1 and 2 stars. Tara Mason called the service "really bad" and reported being left unanswered by Jabeer, one of the solicitors. Dean was appalled by the solicitor's lack of transparency and cancelled their appointment. The anonymous author simply stated that they had been lied to, without elaborating on the reasons.
