Beightons Solicitors was established as a law partnership in 1973 to serve local customers in the fields of charity and property law. Over the years, we have expanded our services to offer a comprehensive range of legal expertise. In 2008, we began to expand our team, taking on solicitors with experience in different legal areas. We have continued to grow and diversify our services, now offering additional areas of expertise including conveyancing, immigration and human rights, employment law, family law, personal injury claims law, trusts, wills and probate, commercial law, landlord services, housing law, and hotel/catering law.

John Beighton, Solicitor Principal, established the practice in 1973 and has been a driving force behind the business. With over 44 years of experience, John is a property law expert who has played a frontline role in the development of the business.
Parminder Singh, Solicitor, is a joint director of the company and head of the property law department. With up-to-date knowledge of property law, Parminder provides cost-effective solutions for our clients.
Martin Jones, Solicitor, is a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer who provides support for domestic and matrimonial litigation.
Joanne Vickers, GCILEx, is a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and assists clients with freehold and leasehold issues, auction acquisitions, and lasting power of attorney matters.
