Unsatisfactory Experience
Prisco F. expresses their extreme disappointment with Miss Herbert, describing her as unprofessional, rude, and clearly incompetent. The reviewer claims that Miss Herbert was paid thousands of pounds to conduct an impartial investigation, but instead, she reported her pre-formed opinion, which Prisco F. believes is a pack of lies and inaccuracies. The report was allegedly tailored to fit Miss Herbert's own views, without considering the facts. This lack of professionalism allegedly caused Prisco F.'s daughter to cry. The reviewer also criticizes Miss Herbert for describing an assault on a 12-year-old child as "understandable, " which they find absolutely reprehensible.

They contend that Miss Herbert's handling of the case was an absolute mockery of her profession.
