Richard Mills

As the founder of Mills & Co, Richard Mills brings a unique combination of construction and legal expertise to our clients. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Richard is well-placed to understand the complexities and nuances of the construction industry. Richard is a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and has been admitted as a Solicitor by the Law Society. He has a wealth of experience in providing project support and advice and has worked exclusively on construction and engineering law for the past 30 years.

William Mills

William Mills is a Solicitor and a member of the Mills & Co team. Completing his Legal Practice Course and a Masters of Laws in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law, William qualified as a Solicitor in 2021. With experience in a number of different roles at Mills & Co, William has honed his skills and is now a valuable member of the team, working closely with Richard to provide expert advice and support to clients.
