Andrew Mills, one of our directors, was born in Newbury and educated locally. He joined the legal profession in 1974 and has since concentrated on various areas including residential and commercial conveyancing. Philip Bann, another director, was born in Yorkshire and educated at Cambridge University. He moved to Newbury in 1979 and has extensive experience in commercial matters. Nicky Booroff, who is also a director, was born in Bicester and educated at King Alfred's in Wantage. She brings a wealth of administrative experience to the firm.
